This unit has a $45.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older.
*The required security deposit of $1,225.00 breaks down as follows:
*Pets: An additional refundable deposit of $300.00 will be charged per pet along with a non-refundable $50.00 pet documentation fee will be charged per pet.
There is an additional $25 pet rent per month per pet as well!!
These units accept up to 2 pets, up to 35 lbs each.
We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals.
Tenants will be charged a $50.00 Flat Fee per month for Water/Sewer/Trash.
Tenants will be charged $10.00 per month, in addition to rent, for furnace filter delivery service.
